Building a throttle valve setup
This page explains how to build a throttle valve setup for the throttle valve workshop. Throttle valve controller
First a frame is needed to house all the parts, for this two acrylic plates are used. The plates are 4mm thick and are cut with a lasercutter.
The files needed for the lasercutter can be found below in both DXF as SLDPRT format:
To drive the electric motor in the throttle body is driven with a BTS7960 and the Olimexino is connected with a arduino proto shield and a sensor shield. See the schematics below:
